Alan Knox is a founding principal of Outreach and Reach, established in 2010 and 2012 respectively. Mr. Knox received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and his Master of Architecture from Yale University where he received a Feldman Nomination from Tod Williams and Billie Tsein. He was employed at Lake|Flato architects, Collins Architects – a design build firm in Houston, Studio Martha Burns, The College of Architecture at Texas A&M University, and more recently he was the lead designer and project architect for the Jacobs Austin office. Mr. Knox has taught at The University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University, and been a Teaching Assistant at Yale University. Mr. Knox is NCARB certified and a registered architect in the State of Texas.
Alberto Zamora is a founding principal of Outreach and Reach, established in 2010 and 2012 respectively. Mr. Zamora received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and his Master of Architecture from Yale University. He was employed at Freese and Nichols, Good Fulton and Farrell, Jacobs, and more recently he has been on assignment in Rotterdam, NL conducting research on the fore fronts of social sustainability in the built environment. Mr. Zamora as been a keynote speaker at Harvard University and a guest critic at The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas A&M University.
Hannah Knox is the principal of Reach's structural engineering team. Mrs. Knox received her Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master of Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University. Prior to her role at Reach, she has been employed at Spiegel Zamecnick and Shah Inc. in New Haven, CT, and more recently she was a project manager at Structures PE in Austin, TX. She has been a guest critic at the University of Texas at Austin. Mrs. Knox is a licensed structural engineer in the state of Texas.
