Alan Knox, a founding principal of Reach, grew up in Houston, TX before attending Texas A&M University where he received his Bachelor of Environmental Design. Following stints at Lake Flato Architects and Collins Architects, he received a Master of Architecture from Yale University and was a Feldman Nominee for his design work with Tod Williams and Billie Tsein. Mr. Knox has held additional positions with Studio Martha Burns, The College of Architecture at Texas A&M University, and prior to launching Reach, was the lead designer and project architect for Jacobs' Austin, TX office. Mr. Knox has taught at The University of Texas at Austin, Texas A&M University, and been a Teaching Assistant at Yale University. Mr. Knox is NCARB certified and a registered architect in the State of Texas.

Bo Crockett grew up in Austin and is a founding principal of Reach Architects. Mr. Crockett received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and his Master of Architecture from Yale University where he received a Feldman Nomination from Bridget Shim and Hillary Sample. He was employed at Gray Organschi Architects, Overland Partners, Alex Garvin and Associates, Ryder HKS in London, and Jackson Galloway Architects. Mr. Crockett has been a guest critic at the Yale University School of Architecture.

Alberto Briseño Zamora is a founding principal of Reach Architects. He thrives on connecting with his clients, earning their trust, understanding their vision, and making himself a tireless advocate on their behalf.
Mr. Zamora received his Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University and his Master of Architecture from Yale University. Prior to founding Reach, he was employed at Freese and Nichols, Good Fulton and Farrell, Jacobs, and more recently was on assignment in Rotterdam, NL conducting research on the forefronts of Faith & social sustainability in the built environment.
Mr. Zamora has been a keynote speaker at Harvard University and a guest critic at The University of Texas at Austin, and Texas A&M University.

Taylor Rigsby has been with Reach since 2017. He grew up in Houston, TX and received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Houston where he collaborated on urban design projects featured in the Aedes Architecture Forum in Berlin as well as small home projects for Habitat for Humanity. Taylor will soon complete his Master of Arts in Architecture from Rice University where he is studying urban design. He is most interested in the unseen systems that govern our everyday lives and the design behind those systems.
