This custom residence was designed to maximize natural light to key areas of the interior, through the tall dormer windows which give the exterior its distinctive character. The corner lot allowed for an iconic facade treatment on multiple sides of the building. Fine, light-toned material finishes and the rhythm of natural light result in a highly dynamic set of spaces which activate and elevate the entire interior.
