The Bluebonnet house is the first in a series of ten residences designed for a developer in central Austin. The house sits on an infill lot, fronting onto a public street across from the local elementary school. A restrained facade hides a family friendly open floor plan with unique window placements. The house pre-sold before the start of construction.
