BRENTWOOD HOUSE

The Brentwood House & Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) is our first project with Curate. The 4bed/3.5bath main house is organized around a double-height central social space. The 2bed/2bath ADU maximizes the feel of the space through a double-height living room & efficient use of space. Working within the McMansion ordinance, the oversize lot allowed opportunities to create these spaces, so central to their design.
